Mar 13: Receiving Begins: Freeman Co. Labels
Mar 15 – 11:59 PM CST: Discount Price Deadline
Apr 5: Advanced Freight Deadline
Mar 27- Apr 2: Brothers Food Service will receive your refrigerated items between these dates.
Apr 2: Refrigerated Produce Deadline
Apr 10: Exhibitor Move in 2:00pm-6:00pm (product will be at booths by 5:00pm at latest)
Apr 11: Exhibitor Move in 6:30am-8:30am (product will be at booths by 8:00am at latest)
Apr 11: Show Open, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Apr 12: Exhibit Move-Out 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Ready to showcase your business at the Viva Fresh Expo 2025? Here’s what you need to know to secure your spot:

TIPA Membership: You must be a member of the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) to register.

Regional Focus: Exhibitors must be growers, shippers, or importers with physical operations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, or New Mexico.

Texas Connection: If your operations are outside of Texas or Mexico, your produce must be transported via ground through a Texas port of entry to qualify.

Exhibitor Packages Include

Your exhibitor package includes everything you need for a successful showcase! Here’s what’s included with your 8′ x 10′ booth space (one per company):

Event Access:

Up to five show badges
